Vijay Singh was initially sanctioned by the PGA Tour after admitting to using deer antler spray, which contains a banned substance. He was officially cleared of any wrongdoing last week. Now Singh is issuing a lawsuit over the allegations. On the eve of The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, Singh filed suit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, charging the Tour with violating its duty of care and good faith. According to the lawsuit, the Tour failed competently and responsibly to administer its own Anti-Doping Program. … "As a direct and proximate result of the PGA Tour's actions, Singh has been exposed to public humiliation and ridicule for months, shamed, ridiculed, scorned and emotionally distraught."
